Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This English version is provided as a convenience translation. The German version (Datenschutzerklärung) is the legally binding one.
This privacy policy explains which personal data is processed when you visit this website — and which isn't. The short version: this website is static, sets no cookies, and uses no tracking or analytics tools. Data only comes into play where it's technically unavoidable (server log files) or where you contact us yourself.
1. Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:
[PLATZHALTER: Name und Rechtsform]
[PLATZHALTER: Straße und Hausnummer]
[PLATZHALTER: PLZ und Ort]
Email: hallo@none.company
2. Overview and principles
We process as little data as possible (data minimisation, Art. 5(1)(c) GDPR). When you visit this website, personal data is processed in only two cases:
- for technical reasons through hosting (server log files, see section 3),
- when you send us an email (see section 6).
What doesn't happen
There is no automated decision-making and no profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. We don't sell any data and don't share it for advertising purposes.
3. Hosting (Vercel) and server log files
This website is hosted as a static site by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. When you open a page, the host automatically processes data in so-called server log files that your browser transmits:
- IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of access
- the page or file requested
- referrer URL (the previously visited page, if transmitted)
- browser type and version, and operating system
Purpose and legal basis
This processing serves to technically deliver the website and to ensure its stability and security (e.g. defending against attacks). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in operating the website securely and reliably.
Retention period
The host stores the log files only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above and then deletes them. [PLATZHALTER: konkrete Speicherdauer laut aktueller Vercel-Dokumentation bzw. AVV prüfen und eintragen]
Data processing agreement and transfers to third countries
Vercel processes this data on our behalf. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Vercel pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. [PLATZHALTER: Abschluss des Data Processing Agreement mit Vercel vor Launch bestätigen]
Vercel is based in the USA, so data may be processed there. The transfer is based on the EU Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, provided Vercel is certified under it, and additionally on the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR). [PLATZHALTER: aktuelle DPF-Zertifizierung von Vercel prüfen]
4. No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies, uses no tracking or analytics tools, and embeds no advertising services. Your browsing behaviour is not analysed. That's also why there's no cookie banner to click away here — there's simply nothing you would need to consent to.
5. Locally hosted fonts
The fonts used on this website are hosted on our own domain and served from there. No external font CDN (such as Google Fonts) is embedded. Loading the fonts establishes no connection to third-party servers and transmits no data to third parties.
6. Contacting us by email
Getting in touch with us happens exclusively by email — there is no contact form. When you write to us at hallo@none.company, we process your email address and whatever information you include in your message in order to answer your enquiry.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to a contract or to entering into one; otherwise it's Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in handling enquiries.
We keep your message until your matter has been fully dealt with and no follow-up questions are to be expected. After that we delete it, unless statutory retention obligations (for example under commercial or tax law) require us to keep it.
7. Your rights
You have the following rights vis-à-vis the controller with regard to your personal data:
- access to the data being processed (Art. 15 GDPR)
- rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR) — for example the authority where you live, or the supervisory authority responsible for us: [PLATZHALTER: zuständige Landesdatenschutzbehörde mit Anschrift].
8. Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)
Where we process your data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then no longer process the data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
An informal email to hallo@none.company is all it takes to object.
9. Keeping this privacy policy up to date
This privacy policy reflects the date stated above. If the website or the legal situation changes, we will update it. The current version can always be found on this page.
